App is very easy to use although could benefit from a help area explaining what each setting does rather than trying to figure it out yourself. Very easy to connect to the charger using Bluetooth then link to my Wi-Fi. Small bug found when adding a schedule which I hope will be fixed soon, once fixed will be a 5-star review.

Started off bad but finally got it to work. Password guidelines are confusing. Combination characters means special characters, but a couple didn't work for me. The app is pretty basic. No way to identify which car and the only option is a basic timer. My I-Pace doesn't always wake up unless it has a low feed similar to the I-3s. Hopefully they add capability for multi car and other features to the app.

The ev wall charger unit does not work upon installation, and I can't report the issue via the app's in built fault report as it comes up with system error. I've sent an email. Hopefully DeWalt has seen it and will help me find a solution quick

Would love to give the app a higher rating, but it has too many bugs. Schedules turn themselves off for no reason at all. There is no way to use a 'timer' function if you want to charge for just 1 hr lets say. And ironically the user feedback is buggy as you can't see your text when you're typing as the screen doesn't scroll. And I can't add a photo as this too is buggy and keeps saying it needs permission even though permission has been granted. Good idea for an app but needs better testing.

Does the job but for some reason just won't execute some simple commands. Like trying to set up another schedule or altering a current schedule, it just doesn't want to work. Doesn't give an error. Doesn't accept it and then does not work. I just hit "Save" and nothing happens. Edit it down to 1 star. Now asks me to pair a device even though it was already paired and won't get past this point. Useless app.
