I have had the wall box for 3 years, I have had issues with the charger not charging my car intermittently. I was advised was probably the ribbon wiring loom inside charger. I requested one from wall box, it was an improved connector design. It was replaced within 10 minutes and my Wall box has worked correctly since. I am happy with wall box now.

Charger itself does the job well. With plenty of charging done with solar for free. The control app is terribly slow to use. Sometime fails to connect to the phone. Why not put buttons on the charger. 1 for solar only charge another for solar and grid charge. Would save so much messing around. I left my phone at a friend's house only realized when I got home couldn't charge the car to go get it.

Every time there is a software update, it wipes out the schedules so when you plug the car in, it starts to charge up immediately during the expensive tariff. Also, for the second time since I own the charger, there is an error for the update which means I can't set the schedule... I will need to call the wall box support to try to fix it, all really annoying!

Can't rely on this app. I set it up for solar charging and if I want to override it and just sometimes charge it will, sometimes it won't. Sometimes it will show the power limit, and often it won't -have to go back then open the charger again. Also, the main screen is polluted with all sorts of nags - increase Bluetooth security, look at trending schedules in your area, create schedules etc. If I wanted any of this I'd be looking in the settings menu.
