I find the app is fairly useful for displaying nearby chargers and charging status.

Good app. But like most charging apps for EVs, it can sometime be slow to update the charger locations in real time and some charge stations are "off" the grid at times, and then you can't use the app to activate them. Make sure to get a Flo card as a backup for when that happens.

Worst app for the worst charging service in Canada. Practically stranded in Harrison hot springs because the only chargers in the entire city are flo and the app won't let you create an account. If you try to create an account on the website it directs you back to the app. You can put in an email and password to create an account but the "create" button never highlights and is unable to be clicked at all. Honestly why does Vancouver, BC or Canada need dozens of charging apps and companies?

Can't add a digital card to Google wallet. You need to pay $15 for a physical card... on a FLO charger, a charging session will automatically stop when your available wallet balance is no longer sufficient to cover the cost of the ongoing charge. No money automatic recharge.

Stations don't have instructions. Apparently working stations don't work. You have to commit funds to an account instead of charging direct to credit card. CSRs were friendly but not equipped to help.
