I appreciate BC Hydro adding more chargers hugely. But I would like to say... Chad emo is still going to be around for a long while and seeing as the amount of available chargers has been severely neutered at all new stations. Like, 1 plug out of a dozen. For the love of God, please make your fancy new app tell us if a charger is broken and or has an open ticket and therefore may not work.

My home charger is temporarily not working due to GM's 654.21 software issues. This app lets me find and activate BC Hydro Fast Chargers, and It works very well.

Why can't I add a charger type for my car, and why is NACS not in the app at all, even for a Tesla or to filter the map? I also could only release the plug it wouldn't start charging.

Absolute trash. Somehow managed to charge someone else's car on my dime. If I pull into a location with 4 charging stations (3 in use) and pull into the only available stall, activate the terminal on the app and plug in, I shouldn't have to wonder whose damn car I am charging.

Have been using their chargers for 4 years. I now try to use them as little as possible because I'm tired of having to tell people there is lineup and you at 45 or 50 or 58 minutes. By hydro doesn't care otherwise they would implement something in the software that could easily deal with this problem, but instead they want to make the charging situation as stressful as possible.

It took 10 minutes. The tap wouldn't work the app made me plug and unplug my car multiple times. The charging was fast, but it is three times the rate of BC Hydro home charging, but it was fast
