Successfully used Charge fox RFID card, I plugged in the type 2 to type 2 cable, tapped RFID card, and the station immediately started charging the Tesla model 3 standard rwd, 7 kw/32amp/240v.

Conveniently located and (no extra charge; parking still costs). It's annoying that status cannot be monitored remotely in either their proprietary app or Plug Share.

Easy to navigate, so far accurate locations. The only thing that I would add to complete the information would be the name of the app used for chargers, so you can install them ahead and not waste time at the charger.

Great app, my go to when looking for a charging station. My only complaint is they require you to use the website to plan a trip, cant use the app, so I don't use that feature. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Plug share is NOT good by itself, you still need 6+ other apps. Used this for an 8-hour road trip, and it doesn't work for navigation or to find out how many chargers are open or to accurately show you chargers in the area. I used it to semi-plan a route then had to use the actual chargers' apps to search the area and find all the chargers and their availability status before trying to find our next stop manually and doing the same thing. This app is clunky and unhelpful as a standalone.

I paid for a year to use the app without ads, but it shows ads, "no purchase found." Feature request: there are some stations, such as the Rivian-only stations and the dealership-drama stations that I would like to hide, i.e. I would like to mark them 🚫 as to never be shown. Also, I am concerned that being owned by EVgo is going to make plug share less effective and more biased. update-dev responded generically, no action -1⭐

Great potential but lacking meaningful updates and fixes. * Charging cost information missing for most locations. Should be required when location added to app. * App sends erroneous notifications that a comment was posted for a location when there wasn't one. * No dark / system mode option. * Missing an informative What's New section. * About sections does not include one the larger and growing Rivian charging network. * etc
