Leaving 5-star review (for now :-)). I only charged my car once so far, it worked. I have been using the debit card for a month, and it works great. The "add money by debit card" limits are lowish, but otherwise the app works well enough. Cash back works fine. I wish there was a way to export transactions (csv, quicken, etc.), and send email notifications about the transactions. The experience was great so far.

I saved quite a bit of money by using the Blue dot app for finding and paying for charging. The flat charging fee for DCFC public charging is actually cheaper than the cost of charging at home where I live. The free charging days are awesome, you can charge as much on that day, and you'll be refunded the cost.

Was good, but over time it's become a headache. Glitchy to activate chargers. They Keep moving goal posts. Used to have a debit card feature, they discontinued it. Less than a month so they effectively erased the points I had towards rewards. Now it's no longer cheaper to use than Tesla superchargers and evgo/charge point network is glitchy or chargers are often out of order. I'm out. Time to close the account

They appear to be closing their Debit card. Which means Tesla owners can no longer use. I'll come back if you work out a way to use the world's largest EV charging infrastructure.

They ended their card rewards program and just increased their EV charging rate from $.30 to $.43/kWh starting 9/1/24. They are now practically useless to the Eastern United States where their new rate is higher than some paid premium member services like Electrify America.
