App can be a little glitchy at times. It still remains the most affordable app due to its minimum $10.00 credit card preauthorization compared to other apps that require a $50.00 credit card preauthorization until the cost difference is refunded overnite. BP pulse is much more expensive. Charge point has a similar cost, but unacceptable when I'm forced to pay a $50 upfront fee for every charge until it syncs properly which can take 48+ hours. My income is extremely limited.

Reasonably predictable and no worse price than anybody else. I charge at home whenever possible but Electrify America is my go-to when I have to charge on the road.

They still don't display how charged the cars are when you pull up to a station and want to guess how long you have to wait for a space to open up. Terrible. They've had years to correct that, but you still have to physically walk up to the chargers to see how charged a "full" station is to gauge how much of a wait time you have for a space to open up. Terrible.

The last time I used an electrify American charger was on June 29th, right around the time they started making everyone pay a $20 fee each time you charge. I paid the $20 only for the charger to stop 5 minutes in, and have the Audacity to expect me to pay an additional $20 to start again. Call customer service, and instead of them restarting the charger, she tells me the problem was MY CAR. I been charging with EVgo ever since with that exact same car. No $7 monthly fee, No $20 charge fee.
