When you authenticated it's ok. but when you're trying to charge and the app needs to email you with a code... and that code never arrives... you wonder why you bother using the electricity chargers at all? Such an inconvenience that I now have to drive to another location.

It's fine. However, many of the info boxes refer to Electrify *America*, and many links in the FAQ take users to Electrify America websites. Which would be fine... if I weren't using an app called Electrify *Canada*. Please fix.

The Chargers are extremely unreliable! To the point that it makes me actively avoid using Electrify Canada charging stations. I found the same problems in Kamloops, Hope, Merritt and in Kelowna BC

When you log into your account *with a password*, it sends a code by email to verify your identity. Minutes later as you're standing in the -30⁰C weather, you receive the email and the code is printed on black on navy blue. It's impossible to read. Copy and paste if you're savvy enough. Please implement 2FA. Then, because the app doesn't support Google Pay, you have to update your credit card details. Frustrating.

This app does not work for me. It shows 0 charging stations across the country. It also fails to email me code when I'm trying to log in. Absolute trash. Fix your bugs.

The app is more complicated than it needs to be and the charging infrastructure it supports is the most expensive or close to the most expensive out there. Go to others charge stations if you can.
