It's fine. However, many of the info boxes refer to Electrify *America*, and many links in the FAQ take users to Electrify America websites. Which would be fine... if I weren't using an app called Electrify *Canada*. Please fix.

When you authenticated it's ok. but when you're trying to charge and the app needs to email you with a code... and that code never arrives... you wonder why you bother using the electricity chargers at all? Such an inconvenience that I now have to drive to another location.

First attempt to use this app failed and spent 30+ minutes with support on the phone (who manually started a charging session for me). Second attempt also did not work after 10+ minutes of trying to log in. gave up and just used a credit card. I also have the Electrify America app which has worked just fine.

App requires a payment method saved, where they will constantly apply a minimum charge of $10 whenever you fall below $10 while charging, regardless of whether you actually need the extra money in your account to complete that charging session. There is no option to turn this off. It's frankly extremely consumer-hostile design, forcing users to constantly pay into their app to manipulate them into using their stations and spending more. They also hiked their rates earlier this year.

When you log into your account *with a password*, it sends a code by email to verify your identity. Minutes later as you're standing in the -30⁰C weather, you receive the email and the code is printed on black on navy blue. It's impossible to read. Copy and paste if you're savvy enough. Please implement 2FA. Then, because the app doesn't support Google Pay, you have to update your credit card details. Frustrating.
