Too complicated, why do I need to pay for a card? No information on how I actually pay at a charger, confusing mess. Uninstalled. It needs to be simple, plugin into charger scan a qr code with app charging starts that should be it.

Lots of login issues, bug when doing search... not ready for prime time. 50% of the charge point in Germany found in the map do not accept Charge map card.

Yea scammy af prices to use their charging stations. App is hopeless too. Nice to see another company milking the public for every last cent they can get. Just pure greed.

As others have said, this is not a good solution for ev charging. There's purposed to give you a pass card free, but it is impossible to get one without paying. I don't use public charging often, so a subscription would be stupid. It's also impossible to delete your account after you set it up, asking you for your password without anywhere to enter it. If this is the way they carry on it's no wonder they have so many bad reviews
