Worst charging experience ever. In the underground parking of the Lili in Wiesbaden, about 20 stations, not a single car charging. No wonder : this system simply doesn't work. Not a single card is recognized and the app doesn't work. Uninstall immediately.

The available spot is totally not updated and after filling my credit card, when I plug to the connector, the app doesn't recognize it. So impossible to charge my car! Spent 30 min for nothing!

Really horrible experience. Lots of expectations with the app. It has the best interface but when you use the payment method charging, adding card goes smooth but when you initiating charging also at a Vattenfall charger, start charging hangs forever. I tried 4 times and no success of charging. Unfortunately 4 euro are reserved now. Waiting foe the money to come back to account. After reading the reviews, I am afraid I am not going to use this app again till this constructive update don't happen
