Worst charging experience ever. In the underground parking of the Lili in Wiesbaden, about 20 stations, not a single car charging. No wonder : this system simply doesn't work. Not a single card is recognized and the app doesn't work. Uninstall immediately.

Hired an electric car whilst on holiday in Sweden, went to use a local charging point and although the app accepted payment details and recognized the station, we were unable to activate charging. A relative with a Swedish bank account tried, and was able to use the app without issue to initiate charging, but had we not had this option we would have been unable to use the charger. The app charged me 3 times (all refunded) but was unable to proceed without a local payment card.

Installed, went through the introduction. And immediately after keep getting error "no internet connection" tried clearing cache and storage to no avail. Uninstalled. Was on Pixel 8 Pro, android 14

Worst charging experience ever! I was unable to unplug the cable because of an error with my credit card number??? And to top it off, there was no English option in the phone customer service. In the big 2026.
