I've been using Charge Point for over 4 years; completely functional, seamless, virtually no issues. They are very responsive to feedback, and immediately fixed an issue I had after about 24 hours.

Doesn't list all stations. Our building has a station I use frequently. It is not listed, so one cannot see if both ports are in use or not. Even if non-public, allow seeing the stations you used for charging, so status can be found.

It is up to Charge Point to ensure signs are placed on chargers when the operator charges for idle time after charge completion.

Complete garbage, I only spent 2 dollars, and they are keeping the authorization hold for long than any other charge station I've been too

If you're in Canada you cant use pay as you go. You're forced to use auto-reload with $10 every time you go below $5. There is no option for pay as you go in Canada. They said I can call in anytime to have them refund the money and remove my credit card, but if I use the charger again it adds my credit card back and reloads $10 again. Do not use these chargers/this app if you only want occasional charging as it keeps a balance constantly. Terrible app and service. ADD PAY AS YOU GO FOR CANADA
