A must for public EV charging, having been nervous using public chargers for the first time during a holiday in Cornwall this and the electrodes card (which took two weeks to arrive) was all that I needed, no multiple apps or payment cards, it's a doddle, find nearby chargers using app, scan the card plug and play, it doesn't have all the charges, but it has the majority, even charged my car at osprey charger at Lands End, I also get 8% off, The card is Rfid so works where there is no signal

1st virgin charge done and was fairly straight forward. 45 mins to charge 50kw; £45 on 150kwh charger. The real saving will come with the home charger, soon to be installed!

Login with Google doesn't work. But then it doesn't let me log in with email because I originally logged in with Google also, still can't filter by price

Although I can now opt to log in with a password, instead of getting an email, guess what it then insists on doing when I put my password in? It emails me with a code!!! I selected to put my password in because I can't access my email! Sending me a text (or at least giving me an alternative option to email) would make sense!

I have used this for 2 weeks whilst driving through france. There are many issues. The location of chargers is 99% incorrect. The charging speed are 99% incorrect. There should be a comment section for each charger. The price stated on the app for the charging station is misleading, as can be different to charger you're using. Octopus discount is applied after paying a higher rate, so you pay more in VAT. Even with octopus discount it costs more than the charger's price, so cheaper to pay direct

Terrible service Card worked twice in 10 attempts and still unable to link Octobers and Octopus accounts. Contacted hello@Octoverse at least 5 times and still waiting to have problem sorted.
