Pretty good app' until a recent update. Whilst it still shows live use and usage every minute during last half hour and every 10 seconds during last five minutes, Daily usage is no longer displayed for today nor after 01:00 yesterday even though it has been communicated to the app'. It eventually appears in the same way it does on the web. Update 20261002 this has now been fixed 😊 after about a week.

Was very good until the latest update. The electricity data isn't updating in real time. The data for every 30 mins works but when you look at data for the data it's not updating. The gas data is fine

On holiday at Pontyclud, Aberystwyth (A44). Charger hardly there. Plenty in Aberystwyth, but none for miles eastwardly. A bit of a worry if an EV driver.

The daily breakdown display is great now, but the long-standing issue Ref GMT +1 still exists. An hour worth of usage is shown on the next day's display. During GMT, it works a treat. Any update on this as it's still displaying incorrectly. Only correct during GMT

After the introduction of charge cap, in the intelligent go is so unreliable and hardly leaves me with any charge in the car every morning. I have requested the customer care to provide me with the solution or disable the charge cap, and the unreliable customer care just mentioned that-oh it went well last night (in the last 15 days, )so let's wait a little longer

A little bit of turmoil since the introduction of the charge cap seems to de decending into a complete farce. The app is now full of "magic meat" - with items you can click that no longer work, with pretty much the same info duplicated elsewhere. With octopus no longer providing detailed bills, it'd be nice if the data that can be viewed in the app could be downloaded - but it can't. Charging slots no longer work correctly, and billing is completely opaque - A complete disaster!

Why is the app useless at showing usage data for the day or live with the octopus mini it says it could take an hour for it to come through what use is the mini and a smart meter if you can't get upto date info. It isn't just mine I know a few other people with the same problem.
