25-Jul-2025: Just tried autocharge; works very well. There is a bug in the historical charging graph. It shows 0-30 min no matter how long I charged. I charged about 15 min today, graph shows 0-30, but it should show 0-15 min. It looks like this is ok during charging...

Works great in Quebec and small parts of the Maritime. Quebec is definitely the only Province that's doing it right. Please continue to support Level 2 Charging Stations.

Honestly, totally underestimated the value in the charging payment cards. I ordered one for EC and haven't looked back. I plug in, tap my card and everything works. This is also easier for my partner, because she no longer needs to use an app. I keep money on the card and leave the card in the car, so it's there whenever it's needed.

First time charging my new EV. At some point the Electric Circuit "dashboard" on the app which shows usage indicated that the charger had stopped charging. But my Ford app showed the vehicle was indeed still charging. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if it was a malfunction of the Electric Circuit app. But the charging had continued and the app showed all the details (cost, kwh charged etc.). Excellent overall first experience.

Meh, the app has an auto-pay to enable you to always have money on the account, brilliant. Once outside in the rain try to connect, getting error not authorized to charge, changing charging station, wondering if it is a problem with the charger, rain intensify. Second charger still not working. In the car check the account, - $4. Auto reload did not work and the error message are lame. Insufficient funds would have pointed to the right issue. Need works.

Horribly inaccurate, drove to three different charging stations it said had opened spots, all were taken and had been for some time.

App freeze, cannot charge. Called support, they told me to leave, and it's going to be okay. The same night I notice someone is charging on my account, call again, they can't credit. For some reason we cannot stop the charge if we are not right next to the charger (even if charged to our account) This is the most idiotic bug iv encountered in an app. Uninstalled the app, now rely only on my card.

I use the app to find chargers, you can filter to have NI ACS show up but tesla chargers are not on the app *facepalm*
