Works but takes too many steps. Needs PayPal/etc. integration. Credit card reader at the charging station didn't work.

I reached a Live extremely helpful person on Mother's Day night. Impressive customer service. They couldn't answer all my questions, so they made a service ticket. Someone who was also very helpful called me back by 10 a.m. the next day! The information in the app is great, including exactly where the chargers are located on the property and their cost. I even located a free one, just a very low Kwh.

Works well with the Livingston App, but it's a slower than expected charge speed at only 22kW from 60 to 80%. But it's great to have a charger in Highlands!

Why charging stations have complicated experiences. I should be able to scan my card and top up. Why do I have to download an app create an account enter my card to charge? And then price is same as filling gas. 36 cents a kw. Crazy prices 3x of home charging.

Junk, this is why EV charging is a problem. Need an app for each kind of charging station. 15 minutes parked to try and download this app and get signed up. Wouldn't let me sign up and no error on what was going on. Can't just make a payment at the charger. If this can't be as simple as going to the gas station then it will never be main stream. Tesla charging is so simple, this is NOT!

Cannot log in. When I try logging in either via email or phone number, it tells me CAPTCHA verification failed. No CAPTCHA was ever presented though. Called support but was told it is Friday night, and it's a third party answering service, but she could submit a ticket for me. That does me no good when I'm stuck at my apartment and need to charge before Monday morning, or whoever they'd get to that ticket. Awful. Going to beg the complex to install chargers from a more reputable company.
