The app is good but please allow to choose the camera folder. It would be great if we can choose which folders are for camera so that it won't upload all pictures which we do not want to actually be uploaded.

Pretty good overall. The latest update just addressed my biggest issue, which was adding videos to albums, but now I have a new issue. The app asks for your password quite often, but it doesn't work with my password manager, and one of the recent updates blocked the ability to paste in the password from the clipboard, so basically, I can't manage my Amber X from my phone now.

It's okay. I don't like the fact that you can't change how you view files and photos. I want the option for grid or gallery view. The thumbnails are too small.

The app needs an option to download the files to your device not force you to share using another app. It also needs an option to quickly select multiple files or tasks to be downloaded or deleted. I wouldn't trust this company with sensitive files.

Very poor app. Very poor indexing and sorting options. You should add file management options to help users finds thier files and sorting them.

Completely loses the folder organization from my Samsung S7's photos, ignores files / documents and won't allow me to download the Amber iX app to my Samsung S5. I tried using Amber Life, which was available, but it won't recognize my login details. I'm hoping the app will improve over time...

I rated this one star because it does not work as advertised. Amber Pro docs describe a way to share a link to an album. I bought the device based on that. However, the app does not provide the "create public share link" option shown in the docs.

Great concept, but not user-friendly or logical at all. No easy way to calculate space used in folders. Layout makes no sense with external drives connected, no way to set up specific permissions/ACL's or manage folders. Probably better off hosting my own Storage Cloud on my Raspberry Pi.
