It's not a bad babysitting app, and it's the only app I've used, I am under 18, and I find it extremely difficult to get gigs, and I've only gotten 3 gigs all together and I got them in the summer of 2023 I hope that I can get more gigs, but it's just not enough people use this app. Overall it is a nice app and works nicely.

This app is amazing!!! I am an experienced babysitter, but I am only 13. This is one of two apps that actually lets me babysit (with parents permission). I can add my babysitting preferences and experience!! I highly recommend this app to both parents and babysitters!!!

We started using Bambi no the summer of 2021. We couldn't live without it! Our favorite thing about it is that if you have more than one sitter on your original request, which we always do, and one cancels then it automatically resends to the rest of the sitters. We had one instance where two sitters canceled, and we still got a sitter, and we were able to attend our event. That would have never happened if we'd had to start calling and texting sitters to see who could do it!

Workable customer service. Very few sitters online, and mostly unprofessional. I traveled to Miami Beach with my wife and daughter. We spent three days together a d wanted to have a sitter for the fourth (and last) night before we travel back. I booked the sitter from 10pm to 1am. She confirmed yesterday. But today, I started texting her at 8pm to confirm that she's coming but she didn't answer. Eventually at 9:18pm, she canceled, Leaving me with no chance to find another sitter.
