FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Huddle free?
Yes. Huddle is free for parents and for sitters. There are no ads, subscriptions, membership fees or booking fees.

How do I pay my babysitter?
You pay your sitter directly with cash, Venmo or Zelle. Sitters keep what they earn.

Can I find a nanny on Huddle?
Yes. Many families use Huddle for occasional babysitting, and others use it to find part-time nannies and regular after-school help.

What if my usual sitter cancels?
Post the job on the job board so available local sitters can apply, or check the shared calendar for other sitters in your network.

How is Huddle different from other babysitting apps?
Most childcare sites show you a long list of strangers. Huddle starts with your community: sitters your friends, neighbors and school families already know and have booked.

I'm a sitter. How do I get more babysitting jobs?
Keep your availability up to date, set fair rates and apply to jobs on the job board. Families who book you can add you to their go-to list.

It takes a village, but sometimes just a Huddle. Built for busy moms, dads, grandparents and caregivers who want childcare from people they trust. Find your babysitter, book your night out and get back to family life.
