They need to reduce their fees, as a sitter, I am very disappointed wen 30% of wat the pet owner pays goes to Pet backer

I had to transfer $90 to the company to contact a pet sitter. The pet sitter is unresponsive. They won't let me cancel the pet sitter. It won't let me change pet sitters unless I deposit another $100 plus. It won't let me withdraw the $90 that I transferred to them.

I have had two people try to scam me on this app. They sent pictures of their contact info then tried to "book" a job with me via email or text. They said they would pay me upfront. I thought that odd since we haven't even met. I hadn't even done the job. I did some research, and it turns out there's a belle scam where someone sends $ from a fraudulent account then the bank rejects it and charges you. Then they pocket the cash. I looked up one of the "pet owners" who were situated in Nigeria.
