Teri is wonderful. She is one of the best sitters I have found on Rover. She was quick to respond, very friendly, and sweet and sent me pictures and updates throughout the day. She has a good heart, I can tell. Her husband, Ken enjoyed having Bella there, too. He talked to her and gave her treats. He used to have a Bella. They said, Bella is welcome back anytime. Even said that she would be Bella's Grandma #2! They treated her like she was their own. I'd write her a 10 🌟, if I could. Thank you

Great app and great service. Has been very helpful to me several times. I met the perfect dog sitter for me on Rover, and she has done an amazing job for me watching my puppies! I'm very pleased with the app and the process in which it works.

Had a sitter demand more money for keeping my pet and threatened that if I didn't pay, she would either just set my dog outside to run off or would take it to a kill shelter. I was across the country and contacted rover support, and they did absolutely nothing to help me. No solution to the issue other than manually blocking her account from their end because she kept contacting me days after I picked up my pet. Absolutely worthless customer support

I love the Rover app, and I love caring for other peoples pets while they are away. The only downside is how much money they take from sitters! 30% from sitters and 11% from owners is a ridiculous amount!!!!
