Be aware that they will be checking your message to ensure you do not bypass their booking system. You as a sitter are paying 19% from each booking for "paw shake guarantee" which in real world means nothing.

They read all your private convos and see that you give your phone number and lock u from using the platform after just 1 time of not following the rules (and I did not book the client privately!). Not only that, signing up in the first place has so much stupid AI automation. I opened email support chatting with Michael many times, and he basically threatens that the pet sitter needs to book with me else they will not unsuspend my account. And then he locked my account I can't even log in
