Terribly disappointed after 4yrs. Account reviewed due to a 1time mistake on payment arrangements. Acknowledged my mistake and accepted responsibility. 16/6, support agent Michael said review outcome wld b known after my last booking on 5/7. Emailed on 6,9,15,17july. NO RESPONSE. Said a client wanted but cldn't book me as my status remained inactive, needed an update to advise client accordingly. NO RESPONSE. Understand reviews take time but this doesn't warrant the complete LACK OF COMMUNICATION

App crashes all the time and logs me out with the most recent update and still hasn't been fixed, given the amount they take you would think they would fix this issue immediately as it makes the app very unusable

Worst supports ever when you're a sitter. If somebody complains about you even if you have only five stars for a year and a half they won't tell you that they have blocked your account and canceled all your bookings. They left your clients high and dry right before the vacation to find another sitter they don't even know. They don't even investigate anything. All they care about is there Commission of 19% on everything you do. It's too bad they don't care about the quality of the service.
