Indeed, the Sitters' childcare has been a lifesaver for my family. I've been using them to care for my kids when I or my husband are out, and they have not failed us.

Great helpful service, easy-to-use app and website, I love using it for finding ad hoc nanny when needing it asap. I can trust choosing them nanny for us, they always find me good experienced nanny, saving my time on searching and communicating.
★★★★★Danielle Causon· May 17, 2025
It's so easy to book through sitters and takes the stress out of the process of finding a babysitter. All the sitters are interviewed personally and vetted, which gives me real peace of mind.

Not very good iv missed out on alot of bookings. I have not been able to get not one single booking since the app launched. You accept a booking, and it's pending for days then disappears.

There is still lots to be done with this app. I'm getting lots of job offers for miles away. Repetitive job alerts, even when the job has gone. And I don't like the option to put your own rate in, I've had jobs pending and probably lost to a lower rate, even though I am lowering it myself, which is unfair. Just keep it to the same rate per area. I haven't had any jobs for months, as either too far or lost out for someone cheaper. Been with Sitters for nearly 10 years and not happy 😒

I prefer to be informed of potential bookings by email, rather than constantly having to log into the app Also, some of my parents prefer to pay in cash and do not like doing bank transfers
