I had an agonizing tooth issue, so I immediately called. My entire appointment, including wait time, was 10 minutes. You put your info in first which only takes 2 minutes (have your insurance card handy) and then the wait was short. Both nurses and doctor were professional and caring. The doctor answered all my concerns and questions and gave me solid advice. My prescription was immediately sent over to the pharmacy. I definitely recommend using the app in the comfort of your home, if you can.

Never got to speak to a person. The app could never process my intake form. Waited an hour trying to do this app and could have driven there and seen a person in that time.

Says service is unavailable after checking to make sure it was, call up there the lady says erase the app and try again. Been at it since 8am. It's now 1pm. This is a joke, right?
