I need to update my Wi-Fi because I have a new Wi-Fi. Apparently there is no scan button to do this. So I cannot update my Wi-Fi on the unit It does not come up like the information shown in the manual or online. It is well hidden apparently and with no one to contact it's useless It has left my weather station in inert.

I have two WS 5000 weather stations. I paid over $1000 for them (& they are junk). I GIVE THEM FREE data from my weather station, and now they took away all the detailed data I used to have. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR MY OWN DATA. Greedy company. Next they will probably put ads on here. I will never buy a single thing from this company ever again. Buy elsewhere!

It is quite good at forecasting temperatures of specific cities. It needs a radar as well, so we can see precipitation across cities. Name forecaster used in your case. Even though rain was in forecast was of yesterday, now I test reliability of your forecasting how accurate you may have been.😂
