Amenity is a fantastic and convenient app for accessing a wide range of services all in one place. From cleaning and handyman services to chores, dog walking, food and grocery delivery, and A-commerce, the app makes it incredibly easy to manage everyday needs without having to use multiple platforms. The app is simple to navigate, and booking services is quick and convenient. I especially like the Amenity Wallet credit feature, which adds even more value.

Beware!!!!! Extremely deceptive and predatory billing practices. They will automatically check the subscription box for you that is 9.99 a month. They also automatically charge a $3 fee even for food pickup orders. $8 for delivery. They automatically add a $5 tip even for pickup orders, so you have to put it to zero manually. You also can't use your credits, max $15 per order with $20 minimum order. I wouldn't give them your card information!!!

all the services advertised are poorly executed. I've endured two terrible cleaning and even the worst grocery order.

Credits are misleading, sometimes it only applies a certain amount and charges the rest to your credit card

I started using Amenity app when I moved into an apt. I don't like this app. I got $70 in points $20 for signing up & $50 for paying Rent. You can shop places w/your points' ex: Panda Express, Burger King, Taco Bell, more. Delivery or P/U. Order within app:Sports, Beauty, etc. You always pay, NOT FREE. They over chrg ex: Taco Bell if tacos r $2, u pay $4,plus$8 fee, tax, tip u can only use $20 of "your"at a time👎buy 2 tacos w/points @$25 &uPay bal outOfPckt Reality $25 for 2 tacos! CRZ!
