Based on my 1st experience ordering meal delivery this evening via Amenity app, I am more than extremely impressed!! I was hungry for Mexican food & the Amenity app didn't disappoint, it was near-perfection-- restaurant selection is outstanding & alto I wasn't familiar with my selected restaurant, Fuzzy's Tacos, my food was (& still is at this writing), absolutely delicious!! I'll be ordering from them again & again!! What a great & happy experience for me!

Very amateur, poor tech and can't meet what's promised.! I'd suggest to avoid, especially cleaning service! Booked pro cleaning, "no show" by Amenity Team 3 months ago! Instead of refund, my account was credited. I used the credit and booked again over a month ago, again "NO SHOW!". Asking refund, Amenity rep again offers credit to the account! NO! I don't want any credit, but refund! I lost my total confidence in Amenity and simply don't want to use your services anymore! UNRELIABLE.! Thx,

Credits are misleading, sometimes it only applies a certain amount and charges the rest to your credit card

Scammy and unsafe. Signing up for a subscription is difficult to cancel. Booking a cleaner will get you a different person than who they say will come. They show a name and picture of some "trusted" person on the front page, and you book them and in the booking it'll be a complete different person. The person who showed up for me was yet again different from the person on the booking. Who knows who I am even letting in to my apartment. They kept messaging me on the side on my personal number too

I started using Amenity app when I moved into an apt. I don't like this app. I got $70 in points $20 for signing up & $50 for paying Rent. You can shop places w/your points' ex: Panda Express, Burger King, Taco Bell, more. Delivery or P/U. Order within app:Sports, Beauty, etc. You always pay, NOT FREE. They over chrg ex: Taco Bell if tacos r $2, u pay $4,plus$8 fee, tax, tip u can only use $20 of "your"at a time👎buy 2 tacos w/points @$25 &uPay bal outOfPckt Reality $25 for 2 tacos! CRZ!
