Amazing service. Before my building started using Fetch I had to worry about my packages getting stolen if they arrived after hours. Now I'm able to have packages delivered even when I'm out of town, and conveniently schedule when they are delivered to my apartment door. And I love being able to choose contactless delivery.

Fetch is almost forcibly used by my apartment complex. Otherwise I've had packages from Amazon stolen because Amazon is lazy as hell. Just before posting this though, I've had a package attempted to be delivered to Fetch. I'm pretty furious at the moment because this is the third time I've had a package delivery fail with them. Tell your apartments to use something else and tell this company to fetch off

WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM EVER!!! My package was delivered to them over twenty-four hours ago, and I have yet to receive a status update at to where my package is worth over $200. You can not speak to a live person and the turn around time for their customer service is extremely slow. I have delivery confirmation photos that my package was delivered into Fetch's receiving bin, and they have not provided me with a status update on where my package is at despite my multiple attempts asking!!!
