Fetch is a Good Facility, and they are also Good about Communicating with you to get your Package delivered at the right address and in between the Times it supposes to be Ship. They care and work hard to have your Packages there for you.

This company is AWFUL they WILL lose your packages and despite Amazon's delivery photos showing the package in their warehouse they will deny every receiving it. They will tell you to take it up with Amazon and amazon has a policy to not give refunds or redelivery for packages sent to Fetch. You WILL lose your money time and packages. My apartment complex forces me to use them, they are terrible avoid at all cost.

Horrible experience, they delayed a package for over 24 hours that needed t9 be refrigerated, but obviously was not as it was out for delivery and brought back to the warehouse. When it was finally delivered the temperature gauge in the package showed everything was exposed to heat for a prolonged period of time. Indicating the medication is no longer usable. It is impossible to get a response from customer service and so far they refuse to take responsibility. Do not use this service
