Amazing service. Before my building started using Fetch I had to worry about my packages getting stolen if they arrived after hours. Now I'm able to have packages delivered even when I'm out of town, and conveniently schedule when they are delivered to my apartment door. And I love being able to choose contactless delivery.

Fetch is a Good Facility, and they are also Good about Communicating with you to get your Package delivered at the right address and in between the Times it supposes to be Ship. They care and work hard to have your Packages there for you.

Fetch is almost forcibly used by my apartment complex. Otherwise I've had packages from Amazon stolen because Amazon is lazy as hell. Just before posting this though, I've had a package attempted to be delivered to Fetch. I'm pretty furious at the moment because this is the third time I've had a package delivery fail with them. Tell your apartments to use something else and tell this company to fetch off

Fetch is the worst !!!!! They lose more packages than they deliver. It's becoming a full time job to email support to track down what they lost.

So far, this is just Amazon drivers with extra steps. One week into using this service (forced through my lease contract), I'm having lost packages and 3 layers of AI before I talk to a human who I have to explain everything to all over again. If I wanted lost packages and AI customer support I would just go through Amazon delivery and get it sooner, plus at least I could get replacement products because it was their driver's fault. For the app specifically, I can't leave a comment on a delivery
