I love the service. I'm grateful for how convenient it is to just order a couple of groceries that we forgot in the primary Walmart order. Since the popularity has grown considerably, I do have to submit my order during low volume hours which tend to be between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. I'm usually unable to submit an order due to unavailability because too many people are using zip line. It's great though. I use it several times a week.

It was fast delivery. Our first time using the Zip line service, we plan to use it in the future 😀. Plus my 10 yrs old got a kick out of it.

I loved it until they added a $5 fee on orders under $15. I used zip line several times a week because it was so convenient. If I needed just 1 or 2 things I could order & get it in minutes. I always expected the 'trial' period to end & to be charged a fee, but I was thinking $1-$1.50 per order, which I would've gladly paid. But now paying $8 for a $2 loaf of bread or $14 for a box of goldfish is absolutely ridiculous! I won't use Zip line anymore, even for orders over $15.

No clear communication. Delayed deliveries. Horrible attitudes from their workers anytime I see them In-store 😒. No choice of substituting an item that is not in stock. If you want a substitute item you have to place a separate delivery fee, service fee, and I'm pretty sure tip is required. Just use Walmart OPD team and spark drivers for your food to be delivered. They actually care and are held to a higher standard.

$15 dollar minimum to zip, but there's a maximum weight limit, one 3 dollar item might take up like 80% of the order. Oh well it was cool while it lasted...

Worthless garbage. Worthless app, worthless website and worthless support that can't answer a simple question. Don't waste your time.
