The delivery was amazing, our food was made on time and arrived on time as well. Watching the drone come with our food was a really cool experience. The drone is huge! My family and I enjoyed the whole experience, and we're very impressed. Totally recommend. 5 Stars. Thank you Zip line!!

Zip line is seriously one of the coolest delivery experiences ever! A to Z Pizza is currently my only option, and their wings were so good that I went to the restaurant a few days later to try their pizza and more wings. Tonight I tested Zip line after dark, giant pine trees and all, and it worked perfectly. Fast, easy, and ridiculously fun. I hope they add more restaurants in Cypress soon. Watching wings descend from the night sky never gets old! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Countless orders have needed to be canceled because of long waiting times, 'missing' items, and just overall terrible service. Exorbitant prices. You can't even contact customer service through the app unless you outright call the customer service line. Overall, it can be convenient for small and singular items, but I would not use this service for anything important or time-consuming. I could've gone to the store and back in the time I waited for an order that never arrived.

Can't even get past the address screen, when I choose my address it just brings me back to the place to choose my address it is insanely frustrating

A lot of paid ratings on here it's still really unstable. Not sure why they would lie like this just let people rate stuff on here. There's no way this rating is so high with their expensive fees and horrible service and non-deliveries.
