They discontinued my account because of the late order and did not pay me the money I earned. There's no way to talk to anyone everything is by email and if no one is returning the email customer service sucks

I was an excellent delivery driver and all it took was one bad drop-off and one customer that gave me a poor review, and I was let go in a matter of seconds. I can't get back on and when I tried to ask questions and reach out to customer service they ignored me no matter how hard I tried to fight. That was my main income. I don't recommend using Shipt.
