If you're old with arthritis, or you have a health problem it's hard to get up and go grocery shopping. Ship has been a great help in helping me get my groceries at 65 years old hopefully they can keep prices low

Once you get the hang of this app you'll wonder why you never had it before. For anyone who doesn't like/can't leave home to shop this is great! Sometimes a minor issue happens or an item is out of stock, but you pick substitutes. Here's the thing! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS TOP NOTCH WITH A LIVE PERSON 24/7. ALWAYS GOTTEN MY ISSUE TAKEN CARE OF WITH ONE CALL! TAP APP. PICK STORE, PICK ITEMS, PICK DELIVERY TIME. SHOPPER RESPONDS SOON BY TEXT & in the APP. In real time.

Shipt is highly deceptive. They advertise you can shop from anywhere and conveniently pay an advertised annual membership. What they don't tell you is that they mark up the groceries by more 20% per item. There is no clear indication of this markup, you have to go to that store and see the real price to know you are being charged more. They should be reported to the FTC. Edit post Shipt reply: Thanks for the BS answer. If you were honest you would put the price difference clearly on the store!

I used to have a decent experience with Shipt delivery service (order placed through the Target app). The things were delivered timely and reasonably fast. I even have several preferred shoppers saved. However, the last three purchases I had to cancel due to the fact that my orders were never claimed by any shopper. Each time I waited for about 5–6 hours and then ended up cancelling the order, as there was no hope for delivery.
