I spoke too soon. Shopper Milan decided to put dish soap with my flavored water. The dish soap leaked all over my water. He did not even tell me. I asked for a full refund even tip because of his RECKLESSNESS and the fact I could have gotten sick off of this, and they said no DO BETTER SHIPT now I have to order it all again!!!!!!

Incompetence! I ordered from target at 11:30am today. Delivery window 1pm-2 pm, but target pushed it back to between 2-3pm today, without ever notifying me. When the order had not even been pucked up at 4pm, I called target to cancel the order, since they didn't even update me to the lack of shoppers available. I also canceled my subscription to target 360 & shipt delivery. Then I get texted that a shopper was on their to start my order. Too late, not worth the trouble!

Once you become a new member there are no express fees, but after 5 months, they add a $7.99 express fee on top of the high product fee. If you don't pay for the express fee you have to wait three hours for your order to be delivered but in the meantime, you get so many texts from the shopper informing you that they will be your shopper.

Shipt is highly deceptive. They advertise you can shop from anywhere and conveniently pay an advertised annual membership. What they don't tell you is that they mark up the groceries by more 20% per item. There is no clear indication of this markup, you have to go to that store and see the real price to know you are being charged more. They should be reported to the FTC. Edit post Shipt reply: Thanks for the BS answer. If you were honest you would put the price difference clearly on the store!
