I mostly due the delivery. But times I do. Do the shopping. The shipt app is very detailed it helps make it easier to find orders. And when I have to get a hold of and agent the message part is very helpful and on the phone very helpful

Instead of requiring every delivery to be dropped off at a certain time wouldn't it be safer if driver's could get more leeway. I'd hate to hear a driver made a fatal mistake trying to meet a delivery deadline and result in injury or death. Can't you just put a deadline on when we have to have checked out since we are going to deliver the groceries no matter what, and we won't have to be in such a hurry and risk breaking laws just to meet the delivery deadline? It just doesn't seem safe currently

I had just started with them, only been working a week or two when I forgot someone groceries in my car, and they called me I said I would turn around and take them back, they said that was ok, then another customer support called, and I told her I was taking the groceries back to the person, and she said they don't recommend that, when I told her I had just spoken with someone from customer support, and he said it was ok, she claimed I was arguing with her and next thing I knw my account canceled

I was approved for shipt months ago. I don't even know how many months ago (after being on the waitlist forever), but it was awhile ago. I haven't taken a single order. The pay and miles are so horrible it's not even funny, and I thought Instacart was bad. They want you to shop for 10 to 30 items and drive 8 miles for 9.00. I would rather just not work at all. All the gig apps are trash these days, but this one takes the cake. I'll probably end up deleting it.

Genuinely abysmal experience. The ONE perk is the low instant cash out fees compared to other apps. Items will show as "out-of-stock" when they are in stock, and vice versa. Target is already a PITA to navigate. Once you tap "headed to store," it hides the store address. They incentivize taking last-minute orders with high pay, then count lateness against you. TLMD routes are the only way to make decent money, but Shipt will suspend you from those if you arrive 1 minute after the 15-min window.
