7-27-25good gig ok app, app seems to have issues and glitches at least twice a week. ~~~~~~~~update ~~~~~~~~ 9-13-25 the app has improved over the last couple of months when it comes to glitches. With that being said I still have glitches a couple of times a week when sending messages to customers. So I'll leave my rating where it is at 4☆'s until some significant improvements are made.

Instead of requiring every delivery to be dropped off at a certain time wouldn't it be safer if driver's could get more leeway. I'd hate to hear a driver made a fatal mistake trying to meet a delivery deadline and result in injury or death. Can't you just put a deadline on when we have to have checked out since we are going to deliver the groceries no matter what, and we won't have to be in such a hurry and risk breaking laws just to meet the delivery deadline? It just doesn't seem safe currently

I had just started with them, only been working a week or two when I forgot someone groceries in my car, and they called me I said I would turn around and take them back, they said that was ok, then another customer support called, and I told her I was taking the groceries back to the person, and she said they don't recommend that, when I told her I had just spoken with someone from customer support, and he said it was ok, she claimed I was arguing with her and next thing I knw my account canceled

I mostly due the delivery. But times I do. Do the shopping. The shipt app is very detailed it helps make it easier to find orders. And when I have to get a hold of and agent the message part is very helpful and on the phone very helpful

Shipt is a joke. Low offers (most below 50 cents per mile). And don't be 3-5 minutes late on a handful of orders, or they will deactivate you, even though it's the store checkout process that holds you up. Oh, and the offers get lowered/reset every hour if they aren't picked up by a driver. In other words, you have to wait closer to the delivery time to get halfway decent offer pay, but risk deactivation in the process.

Shipt is back to playing the no promo game. I saw an order sit there for 9 hours without going up at all. $7 for 45 minutes of work plus paying your own gas is not worth the hassle. Their response? "Promo pay is applied dynamically to select offers as they approach their delivery window to help ensure timely delivery and protect the member experience. Factors such as delivery timing, order details, and market conditions" Unclaimed for 9 hours isn't enough to justify more pay.
