I had just started with them, only been working a week or two when I forgot someone groceries in my car, and they called me I said I would turn around and take them back, they said that was ok, then another customer support called, and I told her I was taking the groceries back to the person, and she said they don't recommend that, when I told her I had just spoken with someone from customer support, and he said it was ok, she claimed I was arguing with her and next thing I knw my account canceled

Instead of requiring every delivery to be dropped off at a certain time wouldn't it be safer if driver's could get more leeway. I'd hate to hear a driver made a fatal mistake trying to meet a delivery deadline and result in injury or death. Can't you just put a deadline on when we have to have checked out since we are going to deliver the groceries no matter what, and we won't have to be in such a hurry and risk breaking laws just to meet the delivery deadline? It just doesn't seem safe currently

It's a wonderful app for the most part. Work when you want to cash out at the end of the day. Tips do take a week or 2 come in. Overall, I like the app, and I have suggested to other people for side work. It is a ten ninety-nine, so you're going to have to claim taxes at the end of the year. So far it's been pretty wonderful. Can you do have to shop for the customers and sometimes products aren't there, and you have to come up with substitutes?

I mostly due the delivery. But times I do. Do the shopping. The shipt app is very detailed it helps make it easier to find orders. And when I have to get a hold of and agent the message part is very helpful and on the phone very helpful

App allows me to see orders, and claim order, but when I get to a store to begin shopping, the app closes, logs out, tells me to log in, then logs out again. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Phone is up-to-date. The same message has been appearing for almost 3 weeks: Something went wrong with Shopper. Shopper closed because the app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.

App states there is GUARANTEED FORGIVENESS in your "rookie stage" which I currently am. Policy states for the 1st 15 routes you do you'll be giving guaranteed stat forgiveness if you feel out the forgiveness form. I did all of that and was still stripped of having the option for Target deliveries. Was then told I could still participate in the shop and deliver orders. Tried logging n2 the app today to do an instant payout of my earnings just to be completely kicked out of the app and can't log.n

Unrealistic delivery timers! With a rocket ship and an empty store, Maybe!! Shipt cares less about the experience of drivers, they flag you for unassigned deliveries when its absolutely necessary because of predictable ETA they assign a driver. I also found service was prioritized to locations with "special" customers relying on Shipt to distribute outside normal distances based on other platforms. Not sure what that could be leading to for other future drivers on Shipt. Wasn't a good experience
