I’m not a website or app designer, but I can definitely recognize when an app is well-made. I use the meal plan feature to organize my weekly groceries, get everything delivered or picked up, and be fully prepared to cook for the week. I really appreciate the thoughtful design—it’s simple, clear, and makes adding ingredients to the cart effortless. So far, I haven’t run into any issues or confusing moments navigating the site, and overall, I genuinely enjoy using it.

The changes made to clipped coupons is unmanageable to navigate in store. Put it back into categories rather than a list with no reason for its order for presenting the coupons.

For the last couple of weeks this app and the Vons app have become unusable because you can no longer search for an item. As an example, I search for "butter" but both apps just go into a flashing loop mode and just continues until you back out or exit the apps. You can add items you have previously purchased, but you can no longer search for new or specific items. I have cleared my phone and reinstalled both apps but the problem persists. I'll have to shop elsewhere until this is fixed.

Unable to get items that say in stock. Staff at store won't even check back stock when items say in stock.

I live near several Vons, Albert sons, and 1 Pavilions (which used to be a Vons). Now I need a separate app for the Pavilions only even though it's all the same account. WHY?! I guess I should keep driving past Pavilions to Ralph's? The Kroger app doesn't do this
