The Door Dash drivers are great! They provide the best service! I'm disabled, and they offer to bring things to my kitchen. They are always pleasant. I avoid ordering when conditions are bad, but sometimes things change fast. Safeway has glitches in online ordering-the internet provider's fault. If I can't look an item up, I can't order it. Customer service is helpful, but can't order for you. (CEO, fix it!) Pickers do great. ONE sends items outdated and/or in damaged packaging. Refund is easy.

In general, I like this app. But I don't like how when you search for the word "organic," looking for deals on organic things, the items that come up in the search are things that include the words "excludes organic." Really? What is the likelihood that anyone would be deliberately searching for produce that "excludes organic"? I wish they would add back the feature search only in deals. One more -- it's hard to find the app's camera to scan coupons--camera not labeled

L have been jumping through this demand to "update" your app for a half hour. Why am I having to do this anyway??? I am not interested, at this time, in your curbside service, which is what this update seems to really want to address. Please make an easy app so that it doesn't take so much time to get the coupons I need and create a shopping list. STOP MAKING THINGS MORE COMPLICATED I get most of my information from your paper add than have to use your app to get the coupons.

0 stars if I could. I was frustrated when they changed how the cart was sorted without adding the option to use the old (better) way, but the addition of the (completely unhelpful) AI has slowed the app to a crawl, the rate the app crashes is up exponentially, I get error messages every 10 mins AT LEAST, and I'm lucky if an app restart does anything at all. It stops functioning completely once you have ~50 items in your cart. I've used Safeway for years, but I'm switching to Fred Meyers.

Fix this app. The UI/UX is atrocious. I cant use the search feature without it going blank and returning a network error. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Also, I'm paying for this service, and I can't use it. FIX IT Update: Looks like this was fixed and working for a while, but the search defect is back again.
