Checkers n depts are helpful n friendly n helpful. I really need courtesy clerk help they are not always available. When they are really helpful. Love my Show Low Safeway. Go early n miss the crowd

EDIT: The recent updates have fixed my previous complaints, but replaced them with a new one. When shopping by category, some categories are broken down into subcategories, which is how they should be. This used to be true of all the categories, but now it seems like most categories are just one great big pile of the hundreds of things that go in that go in that category, in no particular order. Needless to say, this is a massive pain to scroll through to find what I want. Please, please fix it.

I'm deleting the app, it's so unusable. I keep telling it which store I want to get my order from, but it keeps switching to a different store. Last night I put in an order to pick up today, but I didn't notice until after I finished that it had switched back to the wrong store. There are a lot of problems with the app, but I draw the line at having to completely cancel an order and start over because of an ongoing glitch. At least I didn't find out when I got to the wrong store!

I like Safeway and most of the app is fine except the search function. I have to press each letter 10 times to get it to enter and then when I finally get it typed in it takes forever to search. Search bar is broken.

🤒 You Broke Your App (+website) Today, with this update ○ The Pharmacy page is either blank +/or it gets frozen during opening... Please fix it. Thanks!! ●(BUT...) It actually WAS the best it's ever been (in decades!!), all year before you "fixed" it. ☆ AND (almost worse than the wonky "new" UX) it looks like you went back to the older (20-teens-ish) esthetic and clunky UI. 🔆 UN-Fix that & FIX the Pharmacy Page & You'll get +3☆ and an updated RE:View!🫡 Because you ARE THE BEST CHAIN PHARMACY

7/24/26. The app has always been good until a few weeks ago. When I search for a product now and then hit the deals button, it used to show if any deals for products under that name. Now it shows a hundred products that don't match the description and that don't have "deals". Please fix the app. Thank you
