Safeway has been a lifesaver in regards to my health and kitchen. Their vast selection of readily available fresh produce, fresh baked goods, and quality meat and dairy products are far superior to others big name stores whose selections I find to be often dirty thrown about and left in disarray. I have been a member for a number of years now and have always received quality products readily available for delivery or pick up.

🤒 You Broke Your App (+website) Today, with this update ○ The Pharmacy page is either blank +/or it gets frozen during opening... Please fix it. Thanks!! ●(BUT...) It actually WAS the best it's ever been (in decades!!), all year before you "fixed" it. ☆ AND (almost worse than the wonky "new" UX) it looks like you went back to the older (20-teens-ish) esthetic and clunky UI. 🔆 UN-Fix that & FIX the Pharmacy Page & You'll get +3☆ and an updated RE:View!🫡 Because you ARE THE BEST CHAIN PHARMACY

7/24/26. The app has always been good until a few weeks ago. When I search for a product now and then hit the deals button, it used to show if any deals for products under that name. Now it shows a hundred products that don't match the description and that don't have "deals". Please fix the app. Thank you

The search bar function is still completely broken. You can't enter more than one character in the search bar, so you can't find any items to buy or coupons. There are hundreds of reviews over the last month describing the same error. Safeway refuses to fix it. When you follow the steps in their responses of the reviews and chat with support, their "solution" is to uninstall and reinstall the app then log out/ in every single time you need to search for a different item. That's not a fix.
