100 years and this airline still can't figure out how to get a flight somewhere on time, sometimes at all, terrible customer servive, least informative, most scandalous airline there is.

It sends me notifications for flights but then doesn't show them in the app. Can't even get my boarding passes for a flight it's sending notifications about.

The app is pretty meh, it does a great job showing you your flight is delayed (guaranteed), after the takeoff time has already passed, and tell you the gate number you'll be going to (after a 45-minute holding period because the gate isn't open when you land an hour and a half after your scheduled land time). Must be nice to be in an industry with zero competition and mediocrity seems like above and beyond. Honestly ready for AA to go bankrupt and get acquired.
