★★★★★ I've recently been flying with another airline as AA doesn't have many direct flights from the West Coast to the East Coast. On another airlines' app, it is very easy to upgrade a flight using points. AA makes it extremely difficult to upgrade using points. I suggest adding this option for a better customer experience.

★★★★★ I am rating you high, although I was the last person to get on the plane in Washington because there was no one there (at the last minute) to get me to the plane (being in a wheelchair). Everyone was exceptionally nice and professional.

★★☆☆☆ It is not an app. It is a web page, a poorly written one too. Have to log in everything and then get a verification code. All just to check a flight. Spirit airlines have a better app. For the price of the ticket it is obviously not spent on this app, hope the flight is better.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst airline app I've used. Flight details in the app are non-existent, you have to go to the mobile website to get any info. Other apps at least link to their mobile site. Worse, the app stops working if you don't use it for a few days. The last couple trips I have had on AA I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to check in and get my boarding pass, even on separate legs of the same trip. AA is horrible all around as an airline, and they live down to that here.

★★☆☆☆ The app wouldn't check me in or give me updates on my flight, and I could only see 1 of my boarding passes?? What's the point of even having it. It worked fine before, but this update rendered it useless.
