I always fly American Airlines. They treat you right!!

★★★★☆ John Wilkins, Ph.D. · Oct 14, 2026

Very good app for my travel needs. One thing: I would like the "sharing my trip" selection to be easier to find and easier to input 3 or 4 emails.

★★★★★ GGG anioon · Oct 14, 2026

The app used to be very basic. But in recent updates, has become quite a useful travel tool, especially if you primarily fly american. The airport map and gate finder is a geat are very useful when you're an unfamiliar territory but my favorite feature is the bag tracker which tracks your checked bags along with a new auto seat upgrade tool. Also, so far, this app is very stable and doesn't crash.

★★★★★ Karen Stanway · Oct 10, 2026

Very easy to navigate and eady to look up info

★★★★★ Doris Scholte · Sep 27, 2026

The app makes it very easy to negotiate the flight process

★☆☆☆☆ Mark Stevenson · Oct 15, 2026

Useful for boarding passes only. Pretty much anything beyond that, Google Flights will tell you about way before. As an One world Sapphire. Beyond this being easily the most unreliable airline I have used in my 10 years of traveling, this app, unlike any other airline's app will never find your reservation. No matter if you book from it or use a travel agent, keep your code handy. Also, if anything happens to your flight, stay on the call with an agent. You will not get timely updates here.

★☆☆☆☆ michael · Oct 3, 2026

The app and the airline are complete garbage. The other airlines thank you for the incompetence of your employees. I will never use this sorry excuse of an airline ever again.

★★☆☆☆ Mohit Saluja · Oct 3, 2026

Why pay extra for convenient, direct flights when AA always downgrades you? They constantly scrap nonstop for awful layovers, pushing departures to the brink (like 10 PM to 11:55 PM) to dodge compensation since it’s technically the “same date.” You arrive hours late and face extra hotel costs with zero compensation. By then, alternatives are too expensive, leaving you trapped. Charging a premium only to force an inferior schedule is pure bait-and-switch.
