★★☆☆☆ The app breaks when trying to change flights. And now that I've been trying to figure out why the app isn't working the cost to change my flight doubled. I've been a loyal customer of AA for over 10 years and the quality of service is drastically going down while your prices are increasing to ridiculous amounts. I fly once a month and have booked my next 3 flights with Frontier until AA can actually provide a good value that justifies its high costs.

★★☆☆☆ Was not told to check gate # when I got to the airport in Miami. Almost missed our flight. Lady at gate 38 was rude and told me it was my fault. Our new gate was D3. A very long walk. My wife had to stop several times and finely got a ride.
