★★☆☆☆ I travel a lot for work and although am not a fan of American. Does the basics well like digital boarding pass, gate updates, baggage number. But it is a little slow onboarding updates. Why 1 star? Because if you cancel a flight via app within a hr and paid with points and upgrade seat it doesn't refund your seat fee or taxes you have to call and wait times over a hr. never got refund for seat even after told by AA I would.so had to dispute charge with cc and won. AA steals your money.

★★☆☆☆ Boarding made me checking my carrion bc the flight was full. Shouldn't Airline account for that?? When I got on the plane, there was plenty space for my carrion. I don't like checking in bags age the reason I fly with a carrion only. Not acceptable. First time experience with your airline. Not a good first impression.

★★☆☆☆ What is going with this app? It is very glitchy. I click on the calendar date to check on the flight status of a future flight and the date keeps defaulting back to the actual day it is. I was checking on flight options for a redye flt under the flt status option and there is a flt that leaves around 11p on the 13th and arrives on the 14th. If I click on the 13th the flt isn't displayed on flt status for the 13th it shows up on the 14th instead.

★★☆☆☆ American Airlines has most horrible customer service and do not care about very frequent travelers nor new travelers. I recommend fly United and Delta. Absolutely over American Airlines
