On Monday, December 8, I lost my wallet. I immediately went to America. I was crying and I talked to Steve Shepard son. What a dear sweet soul. He took me into an office, so everyone couldn't see me crying. He got me a new card, then walked me through taking care of the other 2 things that were in the wallet. He was so kind and understanding. I love America, it feels like they have my back. Thank you again Steve, your kindness made the rest of my day much easier.

Extremely user-friendly. Simple and intuitive. No frivolous features. If you're with America, get this. There isn't a better banking app out there. And that's just the app. America is a progressive, person-centered institution. They are a cut above the rest. Their policies and procedures are all to the benefit of the account holder. Overdraft protection is a handy option to have when you miscalculated available funds. The ATMs offer preferred bill amounts all the way to single dollars.

Constantly causes transfer problems, doesn't navigate well, creates hellish problems that you cant get ahold of anyone to solve and when you do, nobody knows how to fix it. If I didn't have balances left to pay, I'd be done with the Credit Union just because of the above problem. The credit union itself is good but the tech they have is a significant shortfall.

For some reason I can't pay my car payment anymore using the external account option. I've added my external account to my Amer cu account, when I try to choose what external account to do a transfer from NO accounts eligible show up? I've made 4 payments this way I don't understand what's changed! HELP

The SITE, not me picked the nearest date to make a payment, then says "I" can't choose that date. Prompts me to pick another, when I do the memo line disappears. 1st time I used Bill Pay, I was Not informed to look for an email to confirm. When writing a memo, if I want to say change the wording, the site won't let you. It makes you cancel the entire payment, and start again. Should keep a list of all payments to someone/entity, not just the last one.
