I send a small amount of money just to try this app, and it was canceled. I called to ask about my refund, and I never got it. I lost my money. I will never use this app again, nor recommend it to anyone. Customer service never solves my problem.

Absolutely terrible, after being a customer for over a year they implemented that w2 form need to be presented in order to complete a transaction, no sense whatsoever, if you want to save yourself a pain in the *, don't use it

Only lets you transfer if you're within the United States. I needed to do it while I was in Mexico but was unable to do so. It's still US money coming into the transfer, so I don't understand the purpose of having the physical phone in the US. If you really wanted to, you could just send a message to someone in the US and have them send you money through the app, but it sounds like a big waste of time. I'll use another application that's been working perfectly fine. Try Remitly
