I gave Alektra go a chance to help me with getting my family in mexico money they needed for medication. This application and their bank stole my money. I was told that the money was deposited into an acc. number I gave them, which I never did. I only gave them a name and a state. Elektra go is a fraud and a scam.

They put my funds on hold requesting an ID emailed picture of the person I am sending funds to. I have never had to upload a picture of an ID for proper distribution. The ID has always been shown at cash pickup. When I questioned the teller, she hung up on me. The person I am sending to doesn't have access to email a picture for funds it doesn't make sense. I will follow up if he gets the money or not.
