Updated... I downloaded this app to pay my bills in Mexico, and it does not give me that option. The only option it gives me is to send money. ***************************** After the response to my review I was able to get the prepaid card and pay my bills.

The Electra app is always crashing, bugs are constantly interrupting the transfers that is impossible to realize anything.

I gave Alektra go a chance to help me with getting my family in mexico money they needed for medication. This application and their bank stole my money. I was told that the money was deposited into an acc. number I gave them, which I never did. I only gave them a name and a state. Elektra go is a fraud and a scam.
