I'm a professional dog walker and have tried a lot of different apps. This is the most accurate dog walking tracker I've ever used and has an easy interface. Simple is always better.

This app is great it logs the distance perfectly and doesn't use heaps of battery power. Connection to GPS satellites is good so no needing to have an internet connection when using it. Only wish is that there was a total distance and time displayed at the top of the walks screen, it is nice to keep track of how far we have walked in total. As an ex Traktiv user I am impressed. I had to stop using Tract iv as the walk only version is no longer supported, and the GPS is no longer accurate. AA++

*edit to add: I have changed from a 5-star review to a 2-star review after seeing they removed some options. Now you have to pay to see things we were able to see before. Will be looking for a different app to use unfortunately* love it so far! I can track my dogs walks and share with my family. We track bathroom breaks, miles, and paws :) 👍🏼 only thing I wish it did was make certain dogs public/private or allow only certain people to see stats for certain dogs.

App author decided to move a previously free feature, dog walk statistics [which were extremely basic, MS Excel level for walks/miles per month], behind a paywall. If you want app users to subscribe you need to ADD features, not remove them. Absolute garbage. As of November 4th,previously free feature still behind a pay wall. App dev even decided to complain about receiving backlash over moving a basic feature behind a pay wall. Garbage.

Twice now the app just hasn't recorded a walk. It says it's recording and then the data isn't there. I can't add manually, so I lose that information.
