It's an easy and great app. I wish more people used it and hope it becomes more popular. For those with bigger dogs or multiple bigger dogs, plz pay a little bit more, especially if it's a hr walk. The dogs walkers will appreciate it.

I requested to delete my account. I got a rep in the chat who just said "We can delete this account now." I said yes. And then I was just locked out. No confirmation or anything. I emailed them, their website says they open at 10:30am ... But the rep answered way before. Please send confirmation of deletion.

I was a walker for almost 2 years. Lots of driving with minimal pay. I got a part-time job to make ends meet. Before starting my job, I messaged or called all my clients whose dogs I was scheduled to walk, giving them ample notice of 4 to 5 days ahead that I was unable to walk their dog(s) because I had to work. Spot removed me off their app without any notice then later that week they emailed me saying that I was terminated because there was no communication. Which was total BS!

I went to make an account, and my city isn't listed as an option for where I live? Lol okay on to test out the next app, hopefully it's better than this one.
