I mostly had the best dog walking experiences using Wag, for my very large, but very lovable dog. The best dog walker was Diane C. Me and my dog absolutely fell in love with her and would try to only book with her. 10/10 recommend using Diane C. (If you live in Bergen County, NJ). Other walkers were also great. Only 1 or 2 were not. But if/when I get another dog, I will absolutely be using Wag again.

Haven't used the app in years I attempt to sign in to endorse one of my friends, and you signed my wife in because she endorsed him on her new account on her phone recently, please stop spying, so obviously it's wretched and disgusting.

This is the worst app ever. Can't log in. I NEVER get the code needed. WHY do I have to get my code via email? I should be able to get a code texted to me. All my other apps text me a code. I requested a code this morning to see my matches & I received an email that said my request was canceled for invalid payment. I've never put payment options in. I can't even see who I matched. The 2 I did see where brand new and had only completed a few sittings and had zero reviews. Not leaving my 12y/o pet.

I've been trying book the same awesome pet caregiver I used before. it's been a week of trying, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still getting an error that my boarding can't be processed and to check back later. I've tried support through the chatbot. First time, never heard back from the supposed ticket that being opened. Today I opened another one. We shall see. The concept is great, but the app performance needs work.
