My experience Terrell, my pet caregiver has been wonderful. I truly appreciate the care, love, and attention they give to Shosho. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands and being treated with kindness and patience. Shosho is very special to me, and having someone who understands her personality and takes the time to care for her properly means so much. I am grateful for the wonderful care and would definitely recommend my pet caregiver.

Great service. Tyler was able to communicate with me at first when my dog was not eating and showed great care and concern. I was able to keep good contact and be comfortable with pictures of reassurance. I highly recommend WAG and Tyler for Boarding service.

The App is kind of good, but today I learned that Wag takes 40 percent of the money exchanged between client and worker. By comparison Rover takes 20 percent. Wag also forces pet sitters to bid towards the bottom essentially preventing people using the system for earning a fair percentage of their wage. And before their admin people jump on here I have a Master's in Administration, and I've been a part of several organizations and the cut they take is criminal.

This app and service should absolutely be one star. Believe every negative review. Text messages will say things are confirmed, the app will say still say pending and needs to be confirmed. I can't believe how terrible this app is. impossible to get a live agent. I confirmed a dog sitter, but then she was unresponsive and left me without a sitter.

The app logged me out, I was unable to get back in leading me to not being able to contact the caregiver, once I got back into the app the boarding was gone. They probably thought I wasn't going to show, but I was already on my way. I had to almost miss a business trip due to not being able to board my dog.
