I mostly had the best dog walking experiences using Wag, for my very large, but very lovable dog. The best dog walker was Diane C. Me and my dog absolutely fell in love with her and would try to only book with her. 10/10 recommend using Diane C. (If you live in Bergen County, NJ). Other walkers were also great. Only 1 or 2 were not. But if/when I get another dog, I will absolutely be using Wag again.

Wow Points Galore! Scott interprets your pet's behavior & provides for your pet, accordingly. Scott is really in tune with a pet's needs. Scott goes above & beyond for all pets, including those with medical needs &/or special needs. Scott is able to walk two large dogs together. I've been trying book the same awesome pet caregiver I used before. it's been a week of trying, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still getting an error that my boarding can't be processed and to check back later. I've tried support through the chatbot. First time, never heard back from the supposed ticket that being opened. Today I opened another one. We shall see. The concept is great, but the app performance needs work.

Very unsatisfied. It's definitely a scam. It worked perfectly for a good two weeks. But as soon as I paid the $129 for WAG pro, all of a sudden I have been blocked from making any requests for walks, boardings, sittings ext. Don't fall for the scam like I did. They WILL steal your money and not allow you to make it back. Sincerely a very upset wag walker who works for wag. Do not book anything with this company. They scam their worker and will scam you too.

Great when it works but keeps logging you out. Recently the login process has gotten annoying where the page refreshes before you can enter your email pass code.

DON'T USE THIS APP!!! This App literally banned my BM because she took our son to a dogs house because I was at work and couldn't watch him at home, they banned her cuz "He's not 18+" "it's against their guidelines" But they'd be okay with her leaving our 2-year-old at home by himself cuz it's against their rules to bring him? This app is a joke. (ohh and they're trying to keep a $100 tip she got. (Ohh btw she was a 5-star sitter since she started, and they still didn't care and banned her.
