The following review is totally contrived. I DIDN'T WRITE ANY OF IT. Must be AI generated to boost their rating. 8\20\20 FINALLY, A streamlined method to pay for parking. THANK YOU. No need to give Location Permission to the app if you don't want to. Simply scroll on the map to your location on campus...and fill out the eform (license plate, duration of stay, etc.). I used to avoid coming to events on campus simply because paying was a nightmare.

I'm not sure why this has such low reviews because I used it for 3yrs & Loved it. As soon as I parked on my campus, I would pull out my phone, it would show me my location, and I could click the building structure, pick how long I'd need, and bam. Done. And it even lets you know when your time is almost done in case you need more. AND I had issues one time when I was charged twice, so I emailed their helpline, and I got help & the money back in less than 5 minutes. 5/5 stars from this student :)

App was required for parking but did not work. Simply did not respond when attempting to pay. Also has a link for terms and conditions which literally just brings up the words "terms and conditions"

It was working fine until recently I can't even go to pay to park at any of the places I need to park, and this is the only option to pay.

Garbage service. Said my purchase was for 2 hours. Wiped out the time I had remaining on previous purchase and only gave me an hour. No customer service option on the app nor information on signage at the parking lot. Shady operation!
