Biometric login lets you log in without typing each time even without touch ID. App lets you view reports directly whereas web app downloads only. Would like to see dark mode though.

Worst app cannot log in at all have to change my password every time I want login. In the last 24 hours I have changed my password 4 times just that I can log in to see if my blood results are available

You cannot use this app outside of South Africa. I tried it in Swaziland, Mozambique, Canada and the UK. It's inaccessible. The Am path website is also inaccessible outside of South Africa "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". So you can't get your results once you leave RSA. Am path needs to fix this issue. It's very annoying. Lancet doesn't have this problem.

If you forgot your password and have changed your number, you cannot log in. Changing your password means you need to access the number that no longer exists. Changing your phone number can only be done when you log in using the correct password. Installed and deleted in a few minutes as it's a pointless app!

I re downloaded the app on my new number and phone hence I lost my old to reset my password they sending my otp to my old number and does not have an option to change that.
