After booking for home collection the technician did not come, on customer care contact they kept on keep waiting (fasting), this way kept for further 4 hrs and lastly no sample collected. Such a bad suffering due to hopeless service consistency of their technician and the customer care team, hopeless....., may another new service agency come to serve better in days to come. The lal path app is not working.
