Good app. Ignore those bad reviews I'm pretty sure that they're really, really bad with technology. This app has a smooth process, easy scheduling, they have you test twice in one year for no extra cost because then you can start seeing patterns and AI is very helpful in the app. Only thing I will mention is that the add-on tests such as for food intolerant etc. are a little overpriced in my opinion because your already paying for the subscription. But overall, highly recommend

Avoid Function Health. They are a disappointment. Their website and app is not functioning properly. They do not provide the information needed. Now they are restricting users to get info only from them and not through Quest. I paid for tests and now can't schedule the tests. Things are getting bad. I think they may be going out of business. Ultimately, a waste of money.

Function health is all about money. I did my first set of labs and because I didn't do the second sentence in a certain time frame they just kept bugging me to make a new appointment every time I tried to make a new appointment they said my membership had expired, and it was just a constant cycle of make a new appointment no you can't Make a new appointment no you can't Make a new appointment no you can't! What a waste of time and money!
