Not sure what everyone is complaining about. The app works great. Didn't have any issues with it so far. Will update review if anything changes. Personally I like it alot better than the Geico app.

The app makes me get a security code every time I log in, and then it takes forever to send the code if they even send a code. Total garbage

Used to be great until recently. Now it kicked me out and is saying my sign in info is not recognized 😤 On the website I can sign in just fine though 😵💫

Every time I log in it has to send me a verification code... this is an issue when my family members need to log in and verify coverages...

This insurance was good to begin with then when they decided to not renew renters insurance for my state, and you call or email your insurance agent to tell them you went with another insurance company that will do both auto and renters. The insurance agent never canceled and then the still pulled the money out your bank account, and you call again, and they received canceled paperwork and then all of a sudden you get collection agency letter from the insurance company which is not right.
