Not sure what everyone is complaining about. The app works great. Didn't have any issues with it so far. Will update review if anything changes. Personally I like it alot better than the Geico app.

Worked flawlessly, and a LOT less hassle than by phone. Also, help came from quite a bit closer of a location than before by phone. From the initial contact to completion, took 20 minutes...awesome! Even with very poor reception the continuity of the app was seamless. Good job developers!

This insurance was good to begin with then when they decided to not renew renters insurance for my state, and you call or email your insurance agent to tell them you went with another insurance company that will do both auto and renters. The insurance agent never canceled and then the still pulled the money out your bank account, and you call again, and they received canceled paperwork and then all of a sudden you get collection agency letter from the insurance company which is not right.

You would think a company the size of American National they would be able to have a functioning app. I can't get past the log in screen. If I select return to log in, nothing changes. The app is taking up space for no reason.

I can't get in it at all. If I'm quick with signing in I can do the verification code then it logs me out.

Won't let you screenshot or download your card. App crashes when trying to fill in info to submit a claim.
