Anchor is a Christian sobriety app for quitting alcohol: a sober day counter, daily Bible reading and prayer, and help the moment a craving hits.

EARN YOUR WINDOWS
Every sober day lights another pane of glass. Start with your Day 0 medallion, complete your first window in a week, then earn a new stained-glass window every month and every year, up to five years. Sixteen windows, each its own scene. A slip never takes away the glass you have already earned.

YOUR ANCHOR HOLD
Most apps count your days. Anchor measures what is holding you. From your answers it scores four parts of your recovery: your walk with God, the people who know, your home, and your own grip. It names the one pulling you loose and shows where your hold could be in 90 days.

THE CRAVING SHIELD
One tap on the Panic button when the urge to drink hits. Make your promise, breathe through the wave, pray the prayer you chose for this journey, and reach out to someone. If you slipped, record the relapse with grace and start again today. In the evening, when cravings often rise, the Panic button glows so help is always one tap away.

TWO DAILY ACTIONS
A short self-reflection: how you feel, what tempted you, what you're grateful for, and a pledge for today. And a devotional Bible reading chosen for recovery.
