Sometimes slow. Hang up arrives. Much less user-friendly compared to competition. Cannot add credit cards on phone. Questionable and cumbersome security: asking for birthdate, while knowing that name & birthdate couple is insecure in France since successful attacks on social security. Stay away if possible.
