I tried to open an account, provided all the information requested. The app indicated that Burbank was reviewing my documents. After two weeks of seeing the same screen I asked the status of my application, they then requested via email a proof of "fiscal résidence" without asking the kind of proof I should provide. There is no such a thing as a certificate of fiscal résidence. At that point I dropped my application. Clearly they don't know what they are doing.

My money is stuck with the form 27th February, their customer support do not speak English, they told me to send my bank statement to their email address, I have sent several emails, I got confirmation that my email is received, but no any answer from them. They are not refunding my money back, nor replying me. I can not make calls to them, because they told me that they only speak French, and I don't speak. Is there anyone help me to get my money back or should I hire a lawyer in France?
