Good Stuff as long as you manage your resources and don't have loans or complicated savings related to the markets. Use it wisely, and it will do its job, you won't have to call them and be badly treated because you are not worthwhile to them. A better AI is mandatory, as of know he is an unashamed idiot !

One error after another. I tried many times to sign up without success; this was perhaps a clear sign to stay away from this bank. Once signed up after trying to open an account for an entire afternoon, I launched a "Mobility Bancaire" and a transfer of funds via bank card without success. I can't even transfer money out of the account instantaneously!

Application doesn't support Graphene OS, the website (online banking) is accessible via Graphene OS. Please add support for Graphene OS with your application. Majority of major banks applications support Graphene OS. Why is it an issue for Burbank?

Impossible to complete transfers to my accounts today. PAST: Keeps telling Error when an incident occurs and in tampers my intervention... Additionally, tried the support but Elliott answered... What an absolute waste of everyone's time... I dare you describe what I should have told It in my case and find an acceptable answer to my problem. The problem got fixed by some automatic transfers in my account after an outage of 1 full week... 1 FULL WEEK...

My experience has been great. 3 stars because it's impossible to contact customer service. If you are with them, then pray you don't get problem that needs customer service support. It's not possible with that AI. I can't even find email or phone number to use to contact customer service for support. The number I found via Google search is useless too. You call it, and it tells you to go to help and support in the app settings to contact customer support which is not available there either.
