To be improved, can not log in with two devices. Personally I have two mobile phones, so I had Burbank app on one of my phones, then I usually left it at home. Now I am outside I want to check my bank account, however without my old phone I can not even login to my Bank account. So stupid, what if someone stole my phone? Then I can not even login with other phone or new phone? I know it's to prevent from fraud, however please think the phone might be lost or stolen, if so what to do?

One error after another. I tried many times to sign up without success; this was perhaps a clear sign to stay away from this bank. Once signed up after trying to open an account for an entire afternoon, I launched a "Mobility Bancaire" and a transfer of funds via bank card without success. I can't even transfer money out of the account instantaneously!

Impossible to complete transfers to my accounts today. PAST: Keeps telling Error when an incident occurs and in tampers my intervention... Additionally, tried the support but Elliott answered... What an absolute waste of everyone's time... I dare you describe what I should have told It in my case and find an acceptable answer to my problem. The problem got fixed by some automatic transfers in my account after an outage of 1 full week... 1 FULL WEEK...
