Great experience, except for 1 detail:. There is 48 hours (72 on weekends) hold on transfers to new beneficiaries on top of the normal delay. So I have to make a transfer to my other bank, and they send the money right away. I'm sure they'll say it is for my own protection...

Very poor quality of customer service. They don't take their customers seriously, I am calling them for the same subject since 4 months and each time they say, we don't see your previous request we need to create a new one. Really the worst customer service I have ever seen

Authentication fails 50% of the time. No push notifications and charges for SMS alerts without warning even though they aren't received half the time. 3+ day delay for transferring money. I hope competitors from other EU countries put these s French banks out of business
