Every thing was good until the last update, I'm not able to pay my bills or transfer money, I see a circle turning and turning and nothing happened.

Horrible Since July I've been trying to transfer money and I don't receive a confirmation message. Called them 5 times, each time they say there is an issue with international numbers and that they're working to fix it. 1 month and they still didn't fix a minor error, people who had due payments will be due more and will have to pay extra charges for not paying in time. Poorest customer service I've seen and Poorest information technology team.
