Please add push notifications for(incoming transfers, card payments, adding a beneficiary etc... second, why won't allow us to send less than 100dh. All the other banks allow their users to send a minimum amount of money of 10dh

The app is just great, probably the best banking app. There's constant improvement and listening to users feedback. However, the NFC pay isn't secure, anybody with your phone open can use it to pay, there has to be a confirmation before paying with the app

Can no longer access App after latest update!! Asks for verification by phone but sending the verification code to old number. I'm UK based. After 6 months still no access to account after multiple calls to customer service. Flew to Marrakech to visit branch in Guille. Staff unhelpful, rude and or unable to help. Branch Manager disgraceful. Refused to see me after 2 arranged appointments, then slammed his office door in my face!! Asked security to escort me out. Shocking service!!

Maximum devices reached. I deleted the app on my older phone and wanted to access the app on my new phone. But I get the maximum devices reached. Even though I only have one phone. You guys need to fix this. People can have 2 or 3 phones. You just need to send a code to a registered phone number.
