Hello Bank so far has been absolutely marvelous. Easy to open the account. Everything has been very clear. Received my debit card and the packaging was first class. Very easy to follow instructions on how to obtain your code. I should have changed my bank sooner. Bravo Hello Bank

First bank application I see that doesn't allow changing the language. Also, my card just arrived and for some reason I cannot add it to Google Pay 🤷🏻‍♂️ Bad experience in my first days. I might have made a mistake opening an account with this bank. If my experience changes I'll update the review, but for now too many restrictions. Not recommended.

Before it was good but from past few weeks the app is not even opening - sometimes it opens, or it just loads. Even if I do it in web - they tell me to verify in mobile app and this will not open so it's been huge issue for me from the past few weeks - please solve it - no sure what's the problem. I try also to uninstall and re-install again as well.

This bank is the worst thing that happened to me, they make you sign a loan demand with insurance then shirk thier responsibility. I contacted their service several times and got hung up on. Do not ever go to bnp parisbas they are thieves. I went to retrieve 20 euros May 4 and the cash was taken back in it's been 2 months, and I haven't been reimbursed. BNP PARISBAS ARE THIEVES
